Tiffany's Bio
Background
Tiffany was a national finalist in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in White Plains, New York and served as the judicial extern to the Honorable Diane K. Vescovo, United States Magistrate for the Western District of Tennessee.
Since her admission to the Tennessee Bar in 2008, she has participated in several professional organizations, including the Memphis Bar Association Leadership Forum and the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inns of Court. She is active in the Memphis Bar Association and the Association of Women Attorneys. Tiffany currently serves on the board of Girls Inc. and is a volunteer attorney for the Women’s Advocacy Center. Tiffany has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis teaching family law and is a returning guest on the local radio show, Talk Money.
Tiffany concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, probate, and estate planning. This allows her to provide comprehensive legal services before, during and after a divorce or other family transition. As the mother of two children with special needs, she has a passion for assisting other special needs families and regularly handles conservatorships in Shelby County Probate Court.
Family and relationships are at the core of her practice. She strives to provide expert advice, zealous and tenacious advocacy, and thoughtful planning for each of her clients.
Tiffany, her husband and their two daughters are active in the Memphis community and enthusiastic supporters of The Bodine School, where their oldest daughter was a student for three years. They are members of St. Patrick Presbyterian Church.
